We invite you to our Country Villa, built at the end of the 1800s, turned into a Bed & Breakfast and Villa for rent, The Little White Tower. The original structure of the villa was enlarged 25 years ago to include a large enclosed portico overlooking the Adriatic sea and used as our breakfast room with a common kitchen corner.

We offer rooms with private or shared bathroom, air conditioning, and free wifi in a gated property, with secure and private parking. At breakfast, you can taste the sweet specialities of the area and the products of our garden.

Our country villa is nestled in the hillside overlooking the Adriatic sea. Just 3 kilometres to the beach and 2 km to downtown San Benedetto and 45 minutes to the Sibillini Mountains and its hiking trails. The city of San Benedetto dates back to the first century B.C. For many centuries it has been a fishing village and harbor on the Adriatic sea. The city’s icon is its medieval Watch Tower that was the lookout against pirates in the 14th century.

You can stroll and enjoy the sun of the Adriatic in our surrounding terraced gardens and enjoy fruits directly from the trees. We offer a kids playground that includes a slide, swings, a teeter-totter and an above ground swimming pool.

Less than half an hour away await the most fascinating areas of the province of Ascoli Piceno: Acquaviva and its medieval fortress, the Roman city of Ascoli Piceno with its wonderful Piazza, Offida with its medieval churches, its wines and traditional lace. And there is so much more to discover, we will be happy to suggest new ideas every day…

Breakfast is served every morning in the covered portico or in the garden if you prefer. We offer local breakfast specialities, homemade jams, warm rolls and croissants, yogurts and cereal, coffee/tea and juice.

In association with CentiMani, we take care of the organization of congresses, conferences and meetings, offering professional services to businesses, associations and individuals.
Our goal is to help you have a pleasant experience in the Marche region and the rest of Italy, offering local support to national and international clients.
