DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- From North Italy take Autostrada A14 South direction Pescara – Bari.
- From South Italy take Autostrada A14 North direction Ancona – Bologna.
- Exit at Grottammare (from North) or San Benedetto (from South).
From Grottammare Exit: (from North)
- Once you pay your toll (TURN LEFT).
- When you hit the Round-About (Take FIRST RIGHT) You are on the Road S.S.16.
- Go 9 Lights until you hit Via Luciano Manara (TURN RIGHT) – direction Zona Industriale Acquaviva Picena.
- If you Cross the “Spill Way” or pass the Hospital you missed your turn.
From San Benedetto Exit: (from South)
- Once you pay your toll go direction San Benedetto Center on the upper street.
- Take last exit saying Ancona Pescara, and once you hit the SS 16 (TURN RIGHT) towards Ancona – San Benedetto Center.
- Follow S.S. 16 until you see the Hospital on your left (yellow building) and (TURN LEFT) at the traffic light on Via Luciano Manara – direction Zona Industriale Acquaviva Picena.
To the B&B: (see 2nd map below)
- When you get to the stop light and fork in the road (VEAR RIGHT) towards Zona Industriale – Offida & San Savino.
- Go 1 km, passed all houses, till the sign saying San Benedetto del Tronto then on your Right is Via Col Di Tenda (TURN RIGHT).
- Go up the steep hill until you hit the Villa (see Huge Cement Wall) No. 60 & ring the bell, we are expecting you!
