RULES
Reservation and Payment
Deposit Policy
We will confirm by email that your dates and room request are available and then you have 48 hours to transfer a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay, to hold and confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date forfeits your deposit.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation with a 30+ day notice, we will refund your one night stay deposit, minus a transfer fee, via bank transfer. The cancellation notification must be in writing via email or fax.
Method of Payment
We do not accept credit or debit cards. You can pay with cash or a bank transfer. You may pay the morning of your departure.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival – After 3pm Departure – Before 11am
To Register
Each Guest must provide an ID upon arrival for the registration process.
Services
What’s Included
The price includes breakfast, sheets and towels, cleaning upon departure or once a week.
Rooms
Each bedroom has a private or semi-private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, heating and air conditioning (suite only).
Additional Services
Internet access (wireless) is available for “free” for guest in the portico. Guest may request bathroom incidentals, if needed.
Access
Rules of Access for Guests of Guests
You may have friends or family come visit you at the B&B during the day, with access to the portico and grounds only. The guests need to inform management in advance and they need to leave an ID. Guests of Guests are forbidden to be on the property at night. We are gated property for added security at night.
Security
Security
La Torretta Bianca Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for any personal items left or unattended in the common area. Guests are responsible for all their personal property in their room or in the common areas.
Damages
Removing or damaging items from the bedrooms, common areas or grounds is strictly forbidden. Items taken or damage will be added to your bill and the local authorities will be notified.
Lost & Found
We will keep a “lost and found” for all items found in the rooms or common area. If the items are not claimed within 3 months, they will be discarded. To claim you item please email and indicate date, time, room and detailed description of the item. We will be happy to ship the item to you at your cost.
